Refund Policies

Live / Zoom Courses and Workshops

Requests to withdraw from a course and to receive a refund must be received in writing by Key to Storytelling (email is acceptable).

The refund schedule is as follows:

100% before first class meeting
75% before second class meeting
50% before third class meeting
0% after third class meeting

Pre-Recorded Courses

Requests to withdraw from a pre-recorded course and to receive a refund must be received in writing by Key to Storytelling (email is acceptable) within 7 days (168 hours) from the time of purchase. Refund will be given provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Access to the course material will be revoked immediately upon request for refund.

Script Notes

Requests to cancel your request for script notes and to receive a refund must be received in writing by Key to Storytelling (email is acceptable).

The refund schedule is as follows:

100% before work on script notes commences
50% after work on script notes commences
0% after delivery of script notes
