Refund Policies

Live (Zoom) Courses

Requests to withdraw from a course and to receive a refund must be received in writing by Key to Storytelling (email is acceptable).

The refund schedule is as follows:

100% before first class meeting
75% before second class meeting
50% before third class meeting
0% after third class meeting

Pre-Recorded Courses

You can request a refund in writing by emailing hello@keytostorytelling.com within 72 hours from the time of purchase. You will lose access to all course materials immediately upon requesting a withdrawal and/or refund. After 72 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Script Notes

Requests to cancel your request for script notes and to receive a refund must be received in writing by Key to Storytelling (email is acceptable).

The refund schedule is as follows:

100% before work on script notes commences
50% after work on script notes commences
0% after delivery of script notes
